You meet with me once, sometimes twice, a week for 50 minutes. Session frequency depends on you and your issue. The more difficult the issue, the more time it requires to develop solutions.
There is a fee for each session paid by you or by your insurance. My fee for an individual or couple therapy hour is $215
Along the Wasatch Front, A PhD Mental Health provider's fees vary between $200 and $250 per session.
Attending sessions is important. This is where you explore issues, clarify your values, and get tailored to your needs. I may employ specific interventions to address your concerns. An open dialogue is important. Therapy is a problem-solving relationship.
